Registration Agreement for AI Cloud

(Agreement Version: V1.0 | Effective Date: September 1, 2025)

 

By applying to register an account on the  AI Cloud (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"), you voluntarily agree to be bound by this Registration Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") and all rules and policies issued by the Platform. Please carefully read this Agreement, especially the bolded disclaimer clauses, restriction clauses, and dispute resolution clauses. If you disagree with any part of this Agreement, do not proceed with the registration.

2.1 Eligibility and Requirements for Registration

You must meet the following conditions to register a Platform account:

 

  • Be at least 16 years of age (minors must register and use the services under the accompaniment of their legal guardians);
  • Possess full capacity for civil conduct (minors' legal guardians shall bear corresponding legal responsibilities);
  • Have not been permanently banned from using a Platform account and have not violated any of the Platform's relevant service agreements.

 

During registration, you must provide true, accurate, and complete information (including but not limited to mobile phone number, email address, full name, and ID card information, which shall be provided in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Information Protection Law and the Platform's service types). If any change occurs to the information, you must promptly update it in the "Account Settings" section. You shall bear the consequences of account inaccessibility, service restrictions, or other issues caused by false or outdated information.

2.2 Account Registration Process

Registration Process: You need to click "Register" through the Platform's designated channels (APP/Website), select a registration method (mobile phone number/email address), enter the corresponding information and complete verification (via SMS verification code/email verification code), set an account password (or register directly through third-party authorization), and read and agree to this Agreement and the Privacy Agreement to complete the registration.

 

Supplementary Rules for Third-Party Authorized Registration: When registering through authorization from third-party platforms such as WeChat or Alipay, you must authorize the Platform to obtain the basic information of your third-party account (e.g., nickname, profile picture, subject to the prompts on the third-party platform's authorization page). The Platform will create a Platform account for you based on such information, and you may supplement and complete your personal information later.

2.3 Ownership and Right to Use of the Account

The ownership of the Platform account belongs to us. Upon completing registration, you only obtain the right to use the account, and such right to use is exclusive to you. You shall not transfer, lease, lend, or inherit the account (unless otherwise stipulated by law or with our written consent).

 

You must use the account properly and shall not use it to engage in any illegal or non-compliant activities (including but not limited to: disseminating illegal information, fraud, money laundering, infringing on others' intellectual property rights, disrupting the Platform's order, etc.). Otherwise, we have the right to take measures such as warnings, function restrictions, freezing, or permanent ban on the account in accordance with the Platform Violation Handling Rules.

2.4 Protection of Registration Information and Responsibilities

We will protect your registration information (such as mobile phone number and ID card information) in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Agreement for the  AI Cloud and will not disclose it to any third party (except as required by law, government authorities, or with your consent).

 

You shall be responsible for the security of your registration information and account password and shall not disclose them to any third party. If you discover any unauthorized use of the account, you must immediately contact the Platform's customer service (Customer Service Hotline: 400-8855-638; Customer Service Email: kf1001@caih.com). We will assist in handling the matter after verification, but shall not be liable for the losses caused by your failure to notify us in a timely manner.

2.5 Amendment and Termination of the Agreement

We have the right to amend this Agreement in light of changes in laws and regulations or business needs. The amended Agreement will be publicized in the Platform's "Help Center" or on the registration page and will take effect 7 days after the public announcement. If you continue to use the account, you shall be deemed to have accepted the amended Agreement.

 

If you need to terminate the use of the account, you may apply to the customer service to cancel the account (the cancellation conditions and procedures shall be subject to the Platform's Account Cancellation Rules). After the account is canceled, you will no longer be able to recover the account data and shall bear on your own any unsettled fees or unresolved disputes existing before the cancellation.
